Organizing Inspired and Motivated Project Volunteers
VOLUNTEERS UNITE!
These projects need volunteers and volunteers need to be organized by strong leaders who know the steps needed to accomplish strategic goals. So in addition to funding and planning we offer exposure of your project to the local community. This is accomplished through Social Media channels, Email, Events.
One very important part of this organization is having a central hub for information, volunteers, projects in action, and donation opportunities for qualified projects.
Once we acquire a project our Foodscape Vision process is:
- Meet with the organization’s leader(s).
- Assess their level of vision and motivation.
- Assess the size and complexity of the project and dream.
- Assess existing budget options.
- Create an action plan and resource list.
- Set dates for project phases.
- Identify and list volunteer assignments.
- Oversee progress with the project site leader(s).
- Set goals for the future (Expansion, Funding…)
The Volunteer Hub is very important for us to share within our Social Media campaigns. This is how people will learn about Foodscape Visions and the Volunteer Opportunities available for amazing, forward-thinking agriculturally focused projects.
